The process enhanced its smell with the expressive aroma of wine grape and rose flowers finishing with the dominant spicy character of Tramín. The solid base of the mineral taste has formed thanks to the volcanic bedrock. The wine has been neither clarified or filtered nor mechanically stressed. Bottled using the gravitational flow. Formation of sediment is a natural property of the wine and it does not affect its quality.
